Actor and philanthropist Sonu Sood has once again stepped forward to support a fellow member of the film industry, this time extending help to renowned comedian and actor Rajpal Yadav during a difficult financial phase.

According to reports, Rajpal Yadav has been facing severe financial stress linked to a ₹9 crore debt and a cheque bounce case, following which he was sent to Tihar Jail. After Rajpal’s emotional admission about his struggles, Sonu Sood publicly came forward to offer support.

Taking to social media, Sonu Sood announced that Rajpal Yadav will be a part of his upcoming film and that a signing amount would be provided to assist him financially. He emphasised that the gesture was not charity but a matter of dignity, stating that the film industry must stand together during tough times.

Sonu also appealed to producers, directors, and colleagues to unite and support Rajpal Yadav, reminding everyone that difficult phases are often a matter of timing, not talent.
